The appliance can only be used indoors and in areas protected from bad weather. It is not
suitable for outdoor use in adverse weather conditions and/or in potentiall y explosive en-
vironments;
The appliance is not suitable for use in ATEX environments;
Do not pull the power supply cable to disconnect the power supply plug;
To maintain hygiene and protect food from any kind of contamination, it is necessary to care-
fully clean the elements that come into direct or indirect contact with food, as well as all the
surrounding areas. Carry out these operations exclusively with detergent products for food use,
and absolutely avoid inflammable detergents, as well as those that contain people's health
harmful substances.
3.1 Noise and vibrations
The noise pressure level of the appliance is less than 70 dB. Under normal operating conditions the
appliance generates vibrations which are not harmful for the operator (since the operator is not in
direct contact with the appliance during operation) or for the surrounding environment
ATTENTION! Do no rest hands or other parts of the body on the appliance during
operation.
3.2 Residual risks
Injuries and trapping: If the appliance is put into operation with the bowl missing or without having
correctly positioned the bowl in its seat there may be the risk of injury and trapping due to contact
with moving parts.
Overturning: If the requirement to place the appliance on a stable work surface and in a level position
is not complied with, injuries may occur due to the overturning of the appliance during operation.
Direct contact with live parts: If the plug is not disconnected before cleaning or servicing the appli-
ance, the operator may suffer injuries due to direct contact with the live parts.
Indirect contact: If the appliance is connected to an electrical socket which is not protected against
indirect contacts in accordance with the regulations in the country of use, the operator may suffer
injuries due to indirect contact with the live parts.
Danger from flour dust and similar: flour dust and the like can cause damage to the respiratory
system. The user should consult the product data sheets provided by suppliers before handling.
ATTENTION! During the manual loading of flour and similar dust-like ingredients, the
use of PPE (masks) for respiratory tract protection is strongly recommended.
4. Environmental notes
The appliance has been designed for use in an environment characterised by a temperature of be-
tween +10 °C and +40 °C and a relative humidity of between 30% and 80%. Use of the appliance at
a different temperature and/or humidity can result in unexpected operational anomalies and faults
of the appliance.
4.1 Packaging
The appliance is contained in packaging consisting of a plastic box, polystyrene protections and plas-
tic film. Weights and dimensions are indicated in Tab.1 - Section 9.
For disposal, refer to the legislation in force in the country of installation.
