It is forbidden, in the case of appliance with moving parts, to use it wearing personal items that
can cause serious injuries (for example, watches, ties, bracelets, rings, etc.) favouring the risk
of dragging the user;
It is forbidden to introduce materials other than those intended for its normal use into the
appliance;
It is forbidden to use the appliance outdoors in adverse weather conditions (rain, thunder-
storms, snow, high humidity, etc.);
It is forbidden to use the appliance on moving vehicles such as campers, trucks equipped for
street food, etc.
ATTENTION! The implementation of any modification involves the forfeiture of the
Declaration of Conformity of the appliance. For damage resulting from improper use
of the appliance, the user is solely responsible.
2.3 Technical data
Reference should be made to Tab.1 - Section 9 and Tab.2 - Section 10 for information concerning
power, electricity supply, dimensions, overall size, type and max. quantity of products which can be
processed and recommended speed for use of the various tools etc.
2.4 Parts of the appliance (Pic.1/2/3 - Section 8)

On and Off, and a knob for electronic work speed regulation (from M
the appliance, a lever allows to raise the head for fitting/removing the tools and the bowl.
Reference should be made to section 5 (Installation and operation of the appliance) for information
regarding fitting of the tools and use of the appliance.
2.5 Included tools and accessories
The appliance is supplied with the following tools and accessories:
1 whisk (suitable for whipping cream and egg whites, amalgamating and mixing creams etc.);
1 spatula (suitable for mixing and kneading shortcrust pastry, potato purée, soft batters etc.);
1 kneading hook (suitable for leavened dough, bread, pizza etc.);
1 bowl (see Tab.1 - Section 9 for the bowl capacity of each model).
Whisk, Spatula, Hook, Bowl and the protection grill of the bowl are made with materials suitable for
contact with food products.
2.6 Protection devices present on the appliance
The appliance is equipped with the following safety protection devices:
Bowl protection grill that prevents touching the moving tools (with the bowl fitted) during the
normal operation of the appliance;
Safety micro switch on the protection grill that stops the appliance in case the grill is opened
during the appliance's operation and prevents the appliance from being switched on in case
the grill is not correctly closed;
Safety micro switch, which stops the appliance if the side lever for releasing the head is actu-
ated, and stops the appliance from being switched On if the head is not correctly lowered and
locked;
Amperometric protection against motor overheating (if the appliance has stopped due to over-
heating, wait about 30 minutes before attempting to restart the appliance);
