ATTENTION! If the operations described above are not carried out correctly or if the
bowl is not correctly inserted in its seat, when the head is lowered and the appliance
is turned on using the green S
etary shaft, exposing the user to the risk of dragging and even serious injuries.
Lowering the head without positioning the bowl in its seat is strictly forbidden.
Proceed as follows, in sequence, to remove the bowl and tools:
Ensure that the appliance is switched Off by pressing the red S
the electricity supply plug;
Move the lock/unlock side lever to the R
stroke, then release the lever so that it automatically returns to the L
Gently press the tool upwards and turn it to release it, then pull it off the planetary mixer shaft
and remove it;
Remove the bowl by rotating it in an anti-clockwise direction and lifting it from its seat.
Switching On/Off (ref. Pic.1 and Pic.3 - Section 8)
Insert the plug in the individually interlocked protected electric socket. Turn the speed selection
knob on the M
position and press the green S
IN
tool moves. Then select the desired speed according to the type of tool fitted, the product and the
process to be carried out, referring to Tab.2 - Section 10.
Press the red S
button to turn Off the appliance. To completely turn Off the appliance at the end

of the work session, press the red S
at least 10 seconds after disconnecting the plug before reconnecting the appliance to the power
supply line.
Working procedure
The sequence of actions to be performed for working with the appliance is as follows (ref. "Fitting
and removing bowl and tools"):
Raise the head of the appliance;
Insert the bowl;
Pour the ingredients inside the bowl;
Fit the tool suitable for the type of ingredients to be processed (ref. Tab.2 - Section 10);
Lower the head of the appliance;
Switch On the appliance (ref. "Switching On/Off").
In case it was necessary to add some ingredients during the processing, please proceed as follows:
Stop the appliance;
Raise the head of the appliance;
Add the desired ingredients;
Lower the head of the appliance;
Switch On the appliance again.
Check that the bowl and the tool have been fitted correctly before switching On
the appliance. Putting the appliance into operation without having correctly po-
sitioned the bowl may result in the risk of cutting, slicing and trapping. Also take
care during the operations for fitting/removing the tools and bowl, and for rais-
ing/lowering the head, that nobody can place their hands or other parts of the
body in contact with the appliance to prevent any crushing/trapping in the head's
lifting mechanism or in other moving parts.
