Position the appliance so that each part of it is always at least 30 cm from walls, furniture and
other objects, in order to guarantee a good air circulation, optimum access to all parts of the
appliance and the space necessary for its operation.
During the working cycle, especially at higher speeds, the appliance may slightly
oscillate. For this reason it is important that the appliance is positioned on a
sturdy, levelled surface, at the right height so that the operator may work com-
fortably without having to assume an incorrect posture.
Do no drill holes into the appliance or attach objects to it;
The appliance must no be used if it is out of order, damaged or has suffered impacts;
Do not use the appliance without having correctly positioned the bowl and the tools in the
respective seats. Refer to paragraph 5.4 for further information regarding the correct sequence
for fitting/removing the bowl and tools;
To avoid hazardous situations for the user do not use accessories or spare parts which differ
from those recommended by the manufacturer. The appliance could be damaged or prove to
be a risk for the health and life of individuals.
ATTENTION! If incorrectly positioned, the appliance is not enabled for operation.
5.3 Use
Clean the appliance before its first use (see Section 6 - Cleaning and servicing);
Insert the plug in an individually interlocked protected electric socket in compliance with the
local regulations.
5.4 Operation
The appliance is operated by means of a double button: S
symbol " O "), and by a knob for electronic work speed regulation. The S
against accidental start-ups.
Reference should be made to sections 8 and 10 for the details regarding the control panel and the
speed to use depending on the different kind of work and products.
The user may carry out the following operations:
Fitting and removing bowl and tools (ref. Pic.1 - Section 8)
Proceed as follows, in sequence, to fit the bowl and tools:
Move the lock/unlock side lever to the R
With the head of the appliance raised mechanically blocked by the dedicated lever, fit the bowl
in the seat and turn it in a clockwise direction until it is locked. The bowl must be perfectly
secured and stable if it is correctly locked;
Take the desired work tool, depending on the type of use (ref. Tab.2 - Section 10) and attach it
to the shaft of the planetary mixer, applying a slight pressure so that the tool shaft reaches the
bottom of the fixing seat. Turn the tool until it locks in its seat and check that it has been cor-
rectly secured;
Move the lock/unlock side lever to the R
