D: Motor as a Quiet Sound Transducer
68. Hand-operated music motor
(Advice: The fan is not absolutely necessary here). Close the slide switch
(15). When the music stops, the motor (24) will allow it to be played again
through the pressing of the pressure switch (14).
69. Magnet-operated music motor
Replace the pressure switch (14) with the reed switch (13), on its
switching, the motor (24) allows the music to be played.
70. Light-operated music motor
Replace the pressure switch (14) with the photo-sensor (16). On its
illumination the motor (24) allows the music to be played. (to deactivate,
the sensor (16) must be well shaded from light).
71. Moisture-operated music motor
Replace the pressure switch (14) with the humidity switch (12). The motor
allows the music to be played when moisture touches the switch plate.
72. Time-limited, sound-operated music motor – 1 –
Connect the sound transducer (11) to the points A and B. When the music
stops, clap your hands loudly and the motor (24) allows the music to be
played again.
73. Time-limited, sound-operated music motor – 2 –
Connect the sound transducer (11) to the points B and C. When the
music stops, clap your hands loudly and the motor (24) allows the music
to be played again.
74. Time-limited, sound-operated music motor – 3 –
Connect the loudspeaker (20) to the points A and B. When the music
stops, clap your hands loudly and the motor (24) allows the music to be
played again.
75. Time-limited, sound-operated music motor – 4 –
Connect the loudspeaker (20) to the points B and C. When the music
stops, clap your hands loudly and the motor (24) allows the music to be
played again.
76. Time-limited, vibration-operated music motor – 1 –
Close the slide switch (15) (likewise in 79. to 80.). When the music stops,
tap lightly on the base plate and the motor (24) allows the music to start
again.
77. Time-limited, vibration-operated music motor – 2 –
Replace the resistor (30) with the vibration switch (10). When the music
stops, tap lightly on the base plate and the motor (24) allows the music to
start again.
78. Time-limited, hand-operated music motor – 1 –
Replace the vibration switch (10) with the pressure switch (14), on
pressing it the motor (24) allows the music to play.
79. Time-limited, hand-operated music motor – 2 –
Replace the resistor (30) with the pressure switch (14), on pressing it the
motor (24) allows the music to play.
80. Time-limited, hand-operated music motor – 3 –
Remove the vibration switch (10), keep the resistor (30). Connect the
points A and B with the pressure switch (14), on pressing it the motor (24)
allows the music to play.
