SETTING UP THE OPTIONS
This function allows you to setup the Options setting.
1. With the unit in Stop mode, press the MENU button.
Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Setup, then press the OK button.

If the selected language is not recorded on the disc, the original pre-recorded language is selected.
Setting up the Parental
The Parental function works in conjunction with DVDs that have been assigned a rating which helps you control the
types of DVDs that your family watches. There are up to 8 rating levels on a disc.
Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Parental, then press the OK

When you operate your DVD Recorder & VCR for the fi rst time,
the "Create the password" message will be displayed.
2. Enter the 4-digit password using the number buttons on the
remote control.
The "Confi rm the password" message will be displayed. Enter
your password again.
