What it means
Meter is too cold (below 6°C) to
perform a test.
What to do
Move the meter and test strips to a warmer area. Insert a
new test strip when the meter and test strips are within the
operating range (6-44°C). If you do not get another LO.t
message, you can proceed with testing.
If this message continues to appear, contact Customer Care.

also an error code in the upper left corner of your meter
screen. If you cannot resolve the error with your meter,
