Installation
Step 8: Pair the hybrid module with the alarm panel
• If this has not been done already, start operation of the alarm panel.
• Select:
Installer mode -> Components -> Hybrid module -> Add/remove -> HyMo x
• Select the desired position. HyMo 1 or HyMo 2
• You will receive the message "Activate the tamper contact of the HyMo". Press the tam-
per switch (see Image 1).
For programming, for test purposes and if the hybrid module is not yet mounted on
the wall, the jumper can be connected to the 2 pins of DISABLE REAR TAMPER.
Note
The wall tamper switch is thus bridged and therefore out of operation.
You now only need to actuate the housing tamper switch.
The jumper is not connected to the 2 pins of DISABLE REAR TAMPER.
You need to close and open the housing tamper contact and the wall tamper contact
(anti-removal wall contact) at the same time to send a tamper signal to the alarm
panel.
Alternatively,
you can keep a tamper contact closed (pressed), and close and open another tamper
contact to send a tamper signal to the alarm panel.
• The hybrid module will then send a pairing signal to the alarm panel. The alarm panel
will recognise the hybrid module. Once the pairing signal has been received by the wire-
less alarm system, it will emit two beeps. The message "HyMo added" and the incoming
signal strength will be displayed.
• Confirm the successfully completed pairing on the alarm panel.
• On the alarm panel, you can go to
Installer mode -> Components -> Hybrid module -> Edit ->
to determine to which partition the hybrid module is allocated. You can also assign an
individual name here.
• You can find descriptions for all further programming in the corresponding chapters of
the Secvest installer manual.
• You can find notes on programming the volume of the loudspeaker in the user manual.
