Überlastschutz
Die Flowmaster-Pumpe verfügt
über eine Überlast-Sicherung. Eine
Überlastung wird im Display durch
die Buchstaben 'OL' (für „Over-
load") angezeigt, und die Pumpe
stoppt.
OL I = Strom
OL S = Drehzahl
OL t = Temperatur
In einer solchen Situation ist
die Pumpe sofort mit dem Netz-
schalter auszuschalten.
Bevor die Pumpe wieder gestartet
wird, ist unbedingt zu prüfen, was
die Überlastung der Pumpe verur-
sacht hat (z.B. zu hoher Differenz-
druck etc.).
k Erst nachdem die Grundbedin-
gungen entsprechend geändert
worden sind, darf die Pumpe neu
gestartet werden.
Pumpen gegen Druck
Die Flowmaster-Pumpe kann im
Dauerbetrieb bis max. 2.0 bar
Differenzdruck eingesetzt wer-
den. Beachten Sie auch die max.
empfohlenen Betriebsdrücke der
Pumpenschläuche.

Overload protector

The Flowmaster pump features an
overload protector. When an over-
load condition occurs, it is
indicated in the display by the
letters 'OL' (for 'Overload') and
the pump is stopped.
OL I = Current
OL S = Speed
OL t = Temperature
Whenever this situation occurs,
the pump must be switched off
immediately.
Before the pump is restarted, it
is most important to check the
reason for the overload (e.g. too
high differential pressure etc.).
k Only when the operating
conditions have been changed
accordingly may the pump be
started again.
Pumping against pressure
The Flowmaster pump can be
used for continuous duty at a
differential pressure of max. 2.0
bar. In addition the max.
differential pressure is limited by
the tubing. See the table below.

Protection de surcharge
La pompe Flowmaster possède
une protection de surcharge. En
cas de surcharge, les lettres 'OL'
(pour 'Overload') s'affi chent sur
l'écran.

Dans une telle situation, la
pompe doit être éteinte immé-
diatement.
Avant d'enclencher à nouveau
la pompe, il est indispensable de
contrôler ce qui a pu provoquer la
surcharge (par ex. pression diffé-
rentielle trop élevée etc.).
k La pompe ne doit être remise
en marche que lorsque les condi-
tions d'utilisations ont été modifi -
ées en conséquence.
Pompage contre pression
En exploitation continue, la pom-
pe Flowmaster peut être emplo-
yée jusqu'à 2.0 bars de pression
différentielle au maximum. Tenez
également compte des pressions
d'exploi-tation maximales recom-
mandées des tubes de la pompe.
