CAUTION!
❐ Check the fl oor cloth for any signs of wear each time before you use it. Do not use it if it
shows any signs of wear or if it is damaged! It could damage your fl ooring!
❐ During cleaning, make sure that the fl oor cloth is fi rmly attached to the cleaning foot to
prevent damage to the device or fl oor covering.
❐ Never clean the same spot for longer than 10 seconds.
❐ Never direct the steam at people, animals, or items containing electrical components (e. g.
the insides of ovens, fridges, switches and lights, microwave ovens etc.).
❐ Never touch the bottom of the device during operation!
❐ The cleaning foot must not be held at a slanted angle as otherwise hot spray water will
emerge!
❐ Never use the device with an empty water reservoir! This may damage the device.
❐ Never pour any cleaning agent or other additives into the devices. This could destroy the
devices and safe working is no longer guaranteed.
❐ Shortly after use, the fl oor cloth may still be very hot. If you wish to remove it, wait about
5 minutes for it to cool down.
❐ Put the device back into its storage position only once it has completely cooled down.
• We recommend that you sweep the fl oor with a broom or clean it with a vacuum
cleaner before using the device.
• Water residues in the fi lter or reservoir are due to this device having been tested.
• When you fi rst use the steam mop or if you have not used the steam mop for a
lengthy period of time, you must hold the steam release button down for approx.
30 seconds after switching the device on to get the device ready for operation.
During this time, you will hear a pumping noise because the corresponding parts of
the device need to fi ll up with water. After the second use, the fi lter and the lines
will already be fi lled with water.

1. To attach the fl oor cloth, plug the cleaning foot into the fl oor
cloth.
2. You can tie the cover on with the cord by pressing the button
and pulling on the cord. To clean carpets, simply place the
carpet glider fl at on the fl oor and place the steam mop with the
cleaning foot onto the carpet glider.
