• Steam will be produced for a further 30 seconds once the device has been switched
off! Make sure that you do not point the steam at one place for more than
10 seconds to prevent damages to the surface.
• Do not turn the steam mop upside down when removing the fl oor cloth!
5. When the steam mop doesn't produce any more steam during the cleaning process, switch
off the device (set the on / off switch to position 0), remove the mains plug from the mains
socket and refi ll the water tank (see the "Filling the Water Reservoir" section).
6. After fi nishing the cleaning process, set the on / off switch to position 0, remove the mains
plug from the mains socket and empty the water tank.

CAUTION!
❐ Shortly after use, the fl oor cloth may be very hot. You should therefore wait for a few
minutes until it has cooled down completely before you remove it.
❐ Always allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning and storing it.
❐ Do not immerse the device in water and do not rinse it off under running water.
❐ Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaning agents before cleaning.
❐ Empty the water tank completely before storing the device.
❐ Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, strong temperature fl uctuations, direct
sunlight or moisture.
• If necessary wipe the device with a damp cloth. Only use a mild soap when cleaning.
• The fl oor cloth can be washed in the washing machine. Pay attention to the information on
the washing label.
• Store the device in a dry, clean, cool place out of the reach of children and pets.
• The safety standards of this device can only be assured if it is checked regularly for
damage and wear!
• The water fi lter can be changed. The lifespan of the fi lter depends on the hardness
degree of your water. We recommend to use distilled water and to change the
fi lter regularly.

To replace the water fi lter, proceed as follows:
1. Slide the water reservoir catch upwards and remove the water reservoir from the device
(see also the "Putting into Operation" chapter, section "Filling the Water Reservoir", step 1).
2. Remove the old water fi lter by sliding it upwards.
3. Put a new water fi lter and the water reservoir back into the device. Check if the reservoir
fi ts correctly on the fi lter (see also the "Putting into Operation" chapter, section "Filling the
Water Reservoir", step 3).
