IMPORTANT: do not try to repair the appliance by yourself. Have it checked and repaired by
a certified service agent.

Feet
Power cord
Blade
Sharpening stones

Generally, the belt has to be replaced every 3-4 years,
depending on the usage rate
Feet may deteriorate and lose flexibility, thus reducing the
stability of the slicer. lf so, replace the feet
Check the power cord regularly and have it replaced at once
if it is damaged
WARNING : NEVER USE THE SLICER IF THE CORD IS
DAMAGED OR WORN-OUT. DANGER OF ELECTRICAL
SHOCKS
The blade must be replaced if the gap between the edge of
the blade and the blade guard exceeds 6 mm
Check the sharpening stones, whether they retain their
abrasive property during sharpening operations. On the
contrary, they must be replaced not to damage the blade
