• CUTTING PROCEDURE

o Make sure that the thickness control knob is set to position 0
o Load the product on food holder and lock it in place with clamp/pusher
o Adjust thickness control knob to the desired cutting thickness
NOTE: operator must face the machine and stand correctly. The right hand shall hold the
pusher and the left hand set beside the slide defector. The user's body must stand
perpendicular to the working surface of the slicer.
WARNING: no body part should ever come in contact with the rotating blade. For safety
reasons, never operate this machine with loose hair or clothing.
o Press power button to switch on the slicer
o Push carriage laterally and move it smoothly back and forth, without exerting
pressure on the food with the pusher
o Sliced food will be guided by deflector onto the slice receiving surface, at the back of
the device
