 To prevent illness caused by the spread of food-borne parthogens, it is important
to properly clean and sanitise the entire slicer regularly
o Food holder and carriage cleaning:
 Carriage must be unlocked, before removing the food holder
 Food holder and carriage shall be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent
 Do not put in dishwasher
o Blade and blade guard cleaning:
 Loosen blade cover locking knob to release blade cover
 Remove blade cover
 Loosen screws of blade and take out blade carefully
 Soak a clean cloth in a mild detergend and warm water. Carefully wash and rinse
the blade by wiping it from the center outwards
NOTE: wearing metal gloves is highly recommanded to clean the blade. Caution!
The blade is very sharp. Do not clean in dishwashers.
