• INSTALLATION

The slicer must be installed on a working table, suitable for the slicers overall dimensions. lt
must be adequately large, well-levelled, dry, smooth, fire resistant, stable and well lit.
o Assemble safety shield:
 Fix safety shield with the provided screws and parts

Clamp/pusher on food holder helps to keep the product in place
while slicing, and keeps user's hand away from all moving parts
When slicing products, the safety shield prevents bits or pieces of
food to hit the user in the face
If the blade sharpener is removed while processing, the slicer will
stop immediately
The blade guard prevents accidental contact with the blade
A built-in thermal fuse helps to prevent the overheating of the
motor
If the blade cover locking knob is loosened, the machine stops
immediately
The slice deflector guides the cut slices away from the spinning
blade and prevents slices from getting stuck between blade and
housing
Whenever the machine shuts down automatically, it will not
restart unless the power button is switched on again
