o Assemble blade sharpener:
 Put blade sharpener in position with the stem, properly into the shaft
 Tighten locking knob
o Connect to power supply:
 Read information on the rating plate and ensure it fits the local power voltage
 Connect plug to the power socket

• RANGE OF APPLICATION

The slicer may be use to slice conventional food such as:
 Meat or fish which has been deboned
 Cold meat and sausages
 Fruits and vegetables
 Hard and semi-hard cheese
NOTE: for better results, softer products such as ham and semi-hard cheese shall be well-
cooled before processing. The carriage shall also be operated very carefully.
WARNING: the slicer shall not be used to cut frozen goods, meat with bones or any non-
food products.
