Table 2: Specific Fitting Factors
The K Factor (specific fitting factor) is measured with water at 20°C and with a
flow speed of 2m/s on an approved calibration system.
This K Factor is dependant on the installation conditions. Repeatability is better
than ± 0.4%.
with Bürkert standard fittings with specific dimensions (see data
sheets 8025, 1500, 1501.
with Bürkert welded supports and saddle fittings under reference
conditions (medium and pipe dimensions). If there are deviations
from these conditions, you can change the above K Factors.
