The recorded volume level for the machine was measured using the original cutting equipment with the highest level. The
difference between the guaranteed and measured sound levels is that the guaranteed sound level also takes into account
a variation in the measurement result and variations between different machines of the same model according to Directive
2000/14/EC
Vibration total values (vector sum of three directions) determined according to EN 60745 (uncertainty K = 1.5 m/s²)
The vibration level determined in accordance with EN 60745 can be used to compare tools with each other and is also
suitable for a preliminary assessment of vibration exposure.
The vibration level represents the main applications of the tool. It may vary if the tool is used for other applications, with
different application tools or insufficient maintenance. This can significantly increase the vibration exposure over the entire
working period.
For an accurate estimation of the vibration exposure, the times when the tool is switched off or running but not actually in
use should also be considered. This can significantly reduce the vibration exposure over the entire working period.
Pay attention to additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects of vibrations, such as: regular
maintenance of tools, keeping hands warm, organizing work processes.
