2. FITTING THE STABILISER
BARS.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a
second person is required for this
stage of the assembly.
First, lift the front of the machine and
rest it on a prop, such as the
packaging that you have just removed.
Bring the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (94) to the main body (72)
positioning the wheels at the front of
bar
with
the unit, Fig.3, insert the screws (77),
fit the flat washers (92-17) and self
locking nuts (91), and tighten securely.
Carry out the same operation to attach
the rear stabiliser bar. Lift the rear of
the machine slightly and rest it on a
prop, such as the packaging that you
have just removed.
Take the rear stabiliser with adjustable
feet (75), and line up the dots (3),
Fig.3. Insert the screws (77), fit the
washers (92-17) and nuts (91), and
tighten securely.
Place the top cover (93).
IMPORTANT:
retighten these screws after one
month of using the machine.
3. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Take the main post (102) and remove
the
washers (98) and spring washers (17)
from the bottom of the post. Fig.4A.
Next, bring the main post (102) up to
boss (D) on the main body (72), Fig.4,
connect the terminals (100) and (101),
Fig.4B.
Slip the main post (102) over the boss
(D) on the main body (72) in the
direction of the arrow, Fig.4, making
sure not to snag any of the cables.
