13. TROUBLE SHOOTING & FAULT FINDING GUIDE
This guide outlines general faults and actions.
Power units and their accessories have been designed specifically to be low maintenance.
Maintenance is generally restricted to filter changing and battery charging.
AIR160/190 Unit Systems
Symptom: - Power Unit will not switch ON (No airflow)
Possible reason
Switch defective
Battery discharged
Battery not making
Electrical contact
Motor defective
Motor Fan loose
Motor Fan jammed
Battery not connected
Battery defective
Symptom: - Insufficient (Low) Airflow/Visor misting
Possible reason
Battery not making
good contact

Door air inlet holes blocked
