4. INSTALLATION (EXPERT PERSONNEL)
Warning:
The installation of the room ventilation unit must
only be carried out by qualified personnel, since
damage or injury may otherwise result.
Warning:
To protect the unit from dirt and humidity, all open-
ings must be sealed until the commissioning, e.g.
by a plaster protection.
4.1. NOTES OF THE INSTALLATION
• The room ventilation unit can be installed in dry rooms
with temperatures above 12 °C, such as the utility room.
Note:
If the temperature decreases below 12 °C in the instal-
lation room there can be condensation in the device
enclosure.
• Position the room ventilation unit in such a way that the
outside and outgoing air lines can be led outside the
house by the shortest route.
• The vibrations of the room ventilation unit must be
damped. The room ventilation unit must be installed in a
sound-decoupled manner.
• The room ventilation units Avent P190/ P310 are
installed using a wall rail.
• The room ventilation unit Avent P460 and optionally the
Avent P310 are installed using a wall bracket.
• The room ventilation unit must be freely accessible for
all maintenance and repair work.
• The correct settings of the air volume flows according to
DIN 1946 part 6 must be observed.
• Do not start running the room ventilation unit before all
installation work is completed.
