5.10.TROUBLESHOOTING

5.10.1. Errors

Error
The air which is supplied to the rooms is cold.
Cause
The air cools down in the ducts.
The heat exchanger is choked-up.
The filters are blocked.
Error
• The room ventilation unit no longer functions.
• The ventilators do not rotate.
• The remote control does not function.
Cause
A fuse has blown.
Low pressure warning device has triggered an alarm.
Mains voltage is interrupted.
Error
The room ventilation unit causes too much noise and vibrations.
Cause
There is an unbalance in one ventilator.
Error
Water drips from the room ventilation unit.
Cause
The condensate cannot drain.
Correction
Control insulation of the outside air and exhaut air lines.
Check the heat exchanger for contamination and clean if
necessary, see page 44.
• Check the filter for contamination and clean if necessary,
see page 46.
• Reset filter alarm.
Correction
Contact customer service of the specialised company and
have fuse checked and replaced if necessary.
Contact customer service of the specialised company and
have low pressure warning device checked and replaced if
necessary.
Restore mains voltage.
Correction
Contact the customer service of the specialised company and
have the ventilator checked and replaced if necessary.

Check and clean condensate line, see page 43.
