NOTE: All control terminals accept wire sizes from 12 to 26 AWG. Do not tighten to
more than a torque of 3 in-lbs (0.35 Nm). Do not use power tools. All terminals are
24 V or less. Control wiring should be copper, 75 °C or higher.
1. P P r r e e s s s s u u r r e e T T r r a a n n s s d d u u c c e e r r C C o o n n n n e e c c t t i i o o n n : :
•
Connect the red cable lead to the TRANSDUCER (XDCR) +24 terminal.
•
Connect the black cable lead to the – terminal.
•
Connect the shield wire (when applicable) to the S terminal.
NOTE: A 200 PSI transducer is included with the drive.

leads here.
3. H H a a n n d d / / A A u u t t o o S S w w i i t t c c h h C C o o n n n n e e c c t t i i o o n n : : Connect a dry contact switch here for Hand
or Auto modes. Select the frequency via the U U P P / / D D O O W W N N buttons. Refer to
"Hand/Auto Mode" on page 33
4. R R u u n n / / S S t t o o p p S S w w i i t t c c h h C C o o n n n n e e c c t t i i o o n n : : Connect a dry contact switch to this terminal
to select Run or Stop modes. By default, the drive will operate regularly when
this terminal is open and stop the motor if it is closed. Default setting can be
reversed using the menu and buttons or the mobile app.
NOTE: When Stop is selected, the motor stops even if in Auto mode.
5. P P T T 1 1 0 0 0 0 / / 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 C C o o n n n n e e c c t t i i o o n n : : For external RTD temperature sensor
•
I+ Positive connection for excitation current circuit for 2, 3, and 4 wire
PT100/PT1000 RTD sensors. For 3–wire, use the brown wire. For 4–wire,
use the red wire.
•
V+ Positive connection for voltage sensing circuit for 2, 3, and 4 wire
PT100/PT1000 RTD sensors. For 3–wire, use the white wire. For 4–wire,
use the red or blue wire.
•
I- Negative connections for the excitation and voltage sensing circuits for 4
wire PT100/PT1000 RTD sensors. Use the white wire for connections.
•
V- Negative connections for the excitation and voltage sensing circuits for
2, 3, and 4 wire PT100/PT1000 RTD sensors. For 3–wire, use the green
wire. For 4–wire, use the white or blue wire.

•
Connect the red cable lead to the +24 terminal.
•
Connect the black cable lead to the ground terminal.
•
Connect the white cable lead to the I+ terminal.
•
Connect the green cable lead to the I– terminal.
7. D D u u a a l l S S e e t t p p o o i i n n t t : : The drive will regulate to Pressure Setpoint 1 when this termi-
nal is open. Pressure Setpoint 2 is active when this terminal is closed.
8. A A n n a a l l o o g g ( ( 4 4 - - 2 2 0 0 m m A A ) ) O O u u t t p p u u t t : : This output can supply a circuit with a load resist-
ance up to 900 ohms. Refer to

9. M M u u l l t t i i D D r r i i v v e e : : Setup in the mobile app only. Make connections from each termi-
nal to corresponding terminal on the next drive(s) in series.
•
Shield wires should be connected together and grounded on one end only.
•
DIP Switch SW1 - Position 2 (to the left of the connector) should be in the
U U p p (On) position for the first and last drives in the series.
