13.2 Disassembly the pneumatic
control unit
procedure:
1. Pneumatic connection
Danger!

and deaerate/drain lines.
Loosen the pneumatic connection.
Series 20xx:
Loosen the pneumatic connection between Pneumatic Control
Unit and actuator.
2. Electrical connection

▶ Before working on equipment or device, switch off the power
supply and secure to prevent reactivation.
▶ Observe applicable accident prevention and safety regulations
for electrical equipment.
Circular plug-in connector:
Loosen the circular connector.
