13. Trainer/Student Operation

Trainer/student operation is a very secure method of learning how to fly remote-controlled models. Dabei übernimmt

ler.
To perform training operation, proceed as follows:
• Connect your remote control to the corresponding system
of another model pilot through a trainer/student cable (not
included in the supply).
• The connection socket is on the rear or your transmitter
(also figure 2, item 15).
• Switch on the trainer transmitter and the model and check
all control functions.
• The trainer/student switch (also see figure 1, item 3) is
equipped with a spring and must be held down
permanently for switching to the student system. The
system returns to the trainer function automatically when
the button is released.
• Now switch to student operation and check that the student
transmitter's control function works.
When the trainer has brought the model into a stable position after start, he can use the trainer/student button to hand
control over to the student.
The student can no practice model control, and the trainer can take over control of the model again at any time.
When the trainer/student switch is released again, the helicopter is again controlled by the trainer transmitter.
