k) Modifying the Steering Directions
Your remote control is tuned exactly to your double rotor electric powered helicopter ex works. However, if during
trimming, you notice that your model helicopter, with individual steering functions, responds contrary to the pattern
illustrated in figure 14, then you can switch over at the transmitter, for each individual steering function, the direction of
the response of the model. For this purpose, there are four reverse switches on the front of the transmitter (also see
figure 1, item 7). The switches are assigned the following functions:
Switch Description Function
1 AIL Roll Function
2 ELE Nod Function
3 THR Pitch Function
4 RUD Tail Function
To switch over a steering function, first disconnect the flight battery in the helicopter, then switch off the transmitter and
push the corresponding reverse switch in the other switch position. Now you can switch on the transmitter again,
connect the flight battery and check the correct function direction at the helicopter.
