If the helicopter wants to turn or tilt sideways to the right, reduce the speed and push the trim slider for the roll function
(see figure 1, item 6) gradually to the left.
Push the pitch lever carefully forward and check if the adjustment was sufficient. Repeat the procedure until the model
does not show any tendency to drift to the right. If the helicopter wants to drift sideways to the left, carry out a trim
adjustment to the right.
If the helicopter wants to drift forward, then reduce the speed and push the trim slider for the nod function (see figure
1, item 4) gradually backward.
If you dismantled the Nick/Pitch stick function at your transmitter, then you must adjust the opposite steering trim (see
figure 1, item 12). Push the pitch lever carefully forward and check if the adjustment was sufficient. Repeat the procedure
until the model does not show any tendency to drift forward. If the helicopter wants to drift backward, carry out a trim
adjustment forward.
The trim slider for the pitch function always has to be in the bottom position for the drive motors to be cleared.
If the control paths of the not and roll trim slider are not quite adequate for an optimum correction, you have the
possibility to change the control of the lower rotor blades mechanically. For further information, refer to the chapter
"Fine-tuning the model helicopter".
