Contraindications

WARNING
Non-observance of the contraindications can lead to
injuries of the patient!
To avoid complications due to incorrect indication, incorrect
implant selection or incorrect combination of system
components, the following situations, conditions and situations
in which the IXOS Radius Plate System must not be used are
to be heeded:
Existing or suspected infections on or close to the implant

Insufficient or poor bone structure that is unsuitable for a

safe and secure fixing of the implant, in particular in
osteoporosis, osteomalacia or other severe disorders of the
bone structure
Known allergies and / or foreign body sensitivity

Use of implants in risk patients (immune suppression,

diseases of the cardiovascular system, metabolic diseases,

Loosening or breaking of the implant due to insufficient
