Information Concerning the Delivery State

The components of the system may only be accepted if
•
packaging and labels of the manufacturer are unopened
and undamaged at the time of delivery. Products damaged
during transport, due to incorrect handling in the hospital,
or otherwise damaged products must not be used under
any circumstances.
The implants are intended for single use and must not be
•
reused. If not explicitly stated otherwise, the instruments
used during the implantation procedure may be reused.
