For more comfortable use and to avoid the potential danger of
injuries, all screws and pins are color-coded.

4 Intended Use
All system components are designed and intended for the
purpose described herein only. They are supplied in partly
sterile and partly unsterile state. Before use, the unsterile
components must be subjected to an appropriate reprocessing
procedure (see chapter 10, page 27).
The selection of the implants and the applied method for

their use are the responsibility of the user after having
assessed the corresponding anatomic and functional
features of the patient.
The system must only be used by qualified medical
•
specialists who are qualified to use the system based on
their specialized training, their experience and their
knowledge of the relevant regulations.
The treating physician must be familiar with the surgical
•
procedure that is to be applied, particularly by having
studied the product documents and specialist literature
