RespiCare
– Gerät zur Unterstützung der Atmung für Patien-
ten die aus therapeutischen Gründen eine druckgeregelte
Atmungsunterstützung benötigen. Einsatz nur bei Patienten
die in der Lage sind, die lebenserhaltende Atmung aufrecht zu
erhalten.
Das Gerät ist nicht vorgesehen für die Anwendung an bewußt-
losen Patienten oder Patienten ohne Spontanatmung.
RespiCare darf nur mit einem nichtinvasiven Beatmungsan-
schluss benutzt werden, wie Nasen-, Mund- oder Nasen-Mund
Maske.
Zur Schlafapnoe-Therapie,
zur Entwöhnung von Langzeit-Beatmungspatienten und
bei Erkrankungen der Atemmuskulatur.
Für Anwendungen
in der Klinik,
in Schlaflaboren,
im Heimbereich,
stationär oder mobil im Kraftfahrzeug und Rollstuhl.
RespiCare kann in zwei Varianten mit spezifischen Beat-
mungsmodi angewandt werden:
RespiCare Sp
CPAP – Spontanatmung mit kontinuierlich positivem Druck
in den Atemwegen.
CPAP/ASB-Spontanatmung mit synchronisierter
Druckunterstützung.
Mit Diskonnekt- und Apnoe-Alarm.
RespiCare ST
CPAP – Spontanatmung mit kontinuierlich positivem Druck
in den Atemwegen.
CPAP/ASB – Spontanatmung mit synchronisierter
Druckunterstützung und Apnoe-Ventilation.
Mit Diskonnekt- und Apnoe-Alarm.
Gerät nur nach ärztlicher Verordnung mit den vom Arzt
gewählten Einstellungen benutzen!
Gerät nicht verwenden für lebenserhaltende Funktionen.
Keine Mobilfunktelefone innerhalb einer Entfernung von
10 Metern zum Gerät benutzen!
Mobilfunktelefone können die Funktion elektromedizinischer
Geräte stören und damit Patienten gefährden.
Gerät nicht verwenden in explosionsgefährdeten Berei-
chen! Brand- und Explosionsgefahr.
Wenn das Gerät bei einer Umgebungstemperatur über

RespiCare
– respiratory support unit for patients who need
pressure-controlled ventilation support for therapy reasons.
For use only with patients who can maintain spontaneous
breathing.
The device is not intended for unconscious or non-
spontaneously breathing patients.
RespiCare should only be used with a non-invasive ventilation
connector such as nasal mask, mouth mask or mouth-and-
nose mask.
For sleep apnea therapy,
for weaning long-term ventilation patients and
for disorders of the respiratory muscles.
For use
in hospitals,
in sleep laboratories,
at home,
for stationary or mobile use in vehicles and wheelchairs.
RespiCare is available in two models with specific ventilation
modes:
RespiCare Sp
CPAP – Spontaneous breathing with continuous positive
pressure in the airways.
CPAP/ASB – Spontaneous breathing with synchronized
pressure support.
With disconnection/apnea alarm.
RespiCare ST
CPAP – Breathing with continuous positive pressure in the
airways.
CPAP/ASB – Spontaneous breathing with synchronized
pressure support and apnea ventilation.
With disconnection/apnea alarm.
The unit may only be used as prescribed by a doctor and
with the settings specified by the doctor!
The unit must not be used for life-saving functions.
Mobile telephones must not be used within a distance of
10 metres from the unit!
Mobile telephones can impair the correct functioning of
electro-mechanical equipment and can therefore put patients
at risk.
The unit must not be used in explosion-hazard areas!
Risk of fire and explosion.
In case the device is used in an ambient temperature above

make sure that the air going to the patient does not

C.
