Cause
The seat temperature is not set to
an appropriate temperature.
The power save function is
activated.
The seat sensor is wet or dirty.
The bowl cleaning function is not
operating.
The seat heater auto off function is
turned on.
The seat has been used for over
an hour.
The heating function of the SpaLet seat primarily functions to heat the
top surface, so the side may feel cold to the touch. This is a feature of
the product and is not a malfunction.
Solution
Set the seat temperature to an
appropriate temperature.
Cancel the power save function.
The seat sensor may make false
detections. The seat heater is
automatically turned off if a user
sits on the SpaLet for over an hour.
Clean the SpaLet seat.
This is not a malfunction.
Unevenness in temperature can
be felt in accordance with usage
conditions. Turn off bowl cleaning
and observe product behavior.
Turn off the seat heater auto off
function.
The seat heater is automatically
