Manual override of valve
Devices with ATEX or IECEx approval
The devices are secured with a special cover. The removal
of the cover is described in the supplementary instructions
for the electromotive valves with ATEX approval and IECEx
approval.
→ To unlock the blind cover, turn it counterclockwise and
remove.
→ Push DIP switch 4 down. The device is now in AUTOMATIC
operating state.

→ Close the blind cover.

MANUAL OVERRIDE OF VALVE
The actuation of the valve can be manually overridden by electrical
or mechanical means. Electrical override is usually used to manually
open and close the valve.
The valve must be manually opened and closed by mechanical
means if there is a power failure. The valve must only be manually
overridden while in a de-energised state.

Electrical override of valve
The valve can be manually overridden electrically or using two
buttons located on the LED & storage module under the blind cover.
To actuate the valve, the device must be in MANUAL operating
state.
The 2 buttons for opening and closing the valve are under the
blind cover.
