2. Command List for Phone Remote Control
After an alarm is triggered, the control panel calls you. When answering the call, you
can press the numbers on your phone to operate the system remotely. The commands
are as follows:

Troubleshooting
If the system fails to work, perform troubleshooting according to the following table
before contacting us.
Fault
Make sure the power cable is connected correctly.
The control panel
Make sure the control panel is switched on.

on.
Make sure the AC adapter works normally.
Check whether the LED on the remote control is on when you
press it.
No response after
Check whether the remote control is connected to the control
