3.3 - Bloc roue
Les blocs roue disposent chacun d'un réglage en hauteur. Ce réglage est
correct si les bras de parallélogramme des éléments sont horizontaux
lorsque le semoir est posé au sol et les éléments sont en terre.
Pour réaliser ce réglage, lever le semoir. Ajuster la hauteur à l'aide des deux
écrous 2 (Fig. 3). Tous les blocs roue doivent être réglés à la même position.
Il peut être nécessaire de démonter la chaîne si le tendeur se trouve en bout de
course (chaîne trop courte).
ATTENTION :
Semoir posé sur sol plat et dur, si la distance entre le dessous de la barre porte-
outils et le sol est inférieure à 55cm, la chaîne du bloc roue doit passer sous le
galet 3 (Fig. 1).

Retendre la chaîne à l'aide du levier 4.
La tension des chaînes est à contrôler régulièrement et à chaque changement
du réglage de la hauteur de ces blocs roue.
Si la tension n'est pas suffisante ou trop importante, changer la position du
levier 4 sur l'arbre 6 pans support tendeur 5 (Fig. 3).
Contrôler très régulièrement le graissage des moyeux de roues
Pression de gonflage des roues 6.50-16 : 1 à 3.1 bars.

tramite i due dadi (Fig. 3). Tutti i blocchi ruota devono essere regolati nella
stessa posizione.
Può essere necessario smontare la catena se il tenditore si trova a fine corsa
(catena troppo corta).
ATTENZIONE:
Seminatrice posata sul suolo piatto e duro, se la distanza tra la parte inferiore
della barra porta-strumenti e il suolo è inferiore a 55cm, la catena del blocco
ruota deve passere sotto il rullo 3 (Fig. 1).

Ritensionare la catena per mezzo della leva 4.
La tensione delle catene deve essere controllata regolarmente e a ogni
cambiamento di regolazione dell'altezza dei blocchi ruote.
Se la tensione non è sufficiente o troppo importante, cambiare la posizione della
leva 4 sull'albero esagonale supporto tenditore 5 (Fig. 3).

3.3 - Wheel block
The wheel blocks can all be height adjusted. This adjustment is correct if the
metering unit' parallelogram arms are horizontal when the planter is
placed on the ground and the metering units are in the earth.
To perform this adjustment, raise the planter. Adjust the height using the two
nuts 2 (Fig. 3). All the wheel blocks must be set at the same position.
The chain may need to be removed if the idler is at the end of its stroke (chain
too short).
WARNING:
When the planter is placed on flat, hard ground, if the distance between the
bottom of the tool-holder bar and the ground is less than 55cm, the wheel
block's chain must pass underneath the roller 3 (Fig. 1).
When the planter is placed on flat, hard ground, if the distance between the
bottom of the tool-holder bar and the ground is greater than 55cm, the wheel
block's chain must pass over the roller 3 (Fig. 2).
Retighten the chain using the lever 4.
The chains' tension must be regularly checked, and in particular each time that
the wheel blocks' height setting is changed.
If the tension is too high or too low, change the position of the lever 4 on the
hexagonal shaft supporting the idler 5 (Fig. 3).
The lubrication of the wheel hubs must be frequently checked
6.50-16 wheel inflation pressure: 1 to 3.1 bars.
3.3 - Kerékblokk
Valamennyi kerékblokk magassága állítható. A beállítás akkor helyes, ha az
elemek párhuzamos karjai vízszintesen vannak, amikor a vetőgépet a
földre helyezik, és az elemek a talajban vannak.
A beállításhoz emelje fel a vetőgépet. A két anyával 2 állítsa be a magasságot
(3. ábra). Az összes kerékblokkot ugyanabba a helyzetbe kell állítani.
Ha a feszítő elhasználódóban van (a lánc túl rövid), szükség lehet a lánc
szétszerelésére.
FIGYELEM:
Sík és kemény talajon elhelyezett vetőgép esetén, ha a gépkeret alja és a talaj
közötti távolság kevesebb, mint 55 cm, a kerékblokk láncának a 3. görgő alatt
kell áthaladnia (1. ábra).

Húzzuk meg a láncot a kar 4 segítségével.
A lánc feszességét rendszeresen és a kerékblokkok magassága beállításának
megváltoztatásakor minden egyes alkalommal ellenőrizni kell.
Ha nem elég feszes vagy túl feszes, akkor változtassunk a 4-es kar állásán a
hatszögletű feszítőtartó tengelyen 5 (3. ábra).
Rendszeresen ellenőrizzük a kerékagyak kenését
