N.B.: At the end of the demounting phase, the
tool and the rim are in the correct position for the
mounting procedure (fig.23); otherwise, position
the tool so that the reference mark (C fig.20) is
flush with the rim edge (fig.23).
Tighten the pliers on the front edge of the rim
(A, fig. 23).
Make sure that the gripper is well attached to the rim.
Move the tyre's rear bead beyond the pliers
and turn the wheel clockwise until mounting is
complete.
To make it easier to insert the inner tube (Fig.
21) place the tyre on the surface.
Position the tool near the valve with the refer-
ence mark (C fig.20) flush with the rim (fig. 24)

CAUTION!

and tighten the pliers (A fig. 24) above the tool,
then turn the wheel clockwise.
Mount the tyre on the rim (A fig. 25) using the
bead guide lever (B fig.24) inserted in the speci-
fied hole (fig.25). The bead guide lever is used
to guide the bead inside the rim well.

NB: Preferably lubricate the beads and the well
area of the wheel with grease before mounting
and demounting tyres.
