- 900 g Vorderviertel vom Lamm
- 1 kleine Dose Mais
- 2 Putenschnitzel
- 1 kleine Dose Ananaswürfeln
- 4 Tomaten
- Salz, Pfeffer, Pflanzenöl und
Paprika
Schneiden sie das Lammfleisch, die
Putenschnitzel und die Tomaten in
Streifen. Geben Sie das Fleisch in
eine Salatschüssel und vermischen
Sie es mit dem Mais und den Ana-
naswürfeln. Würzen Sie mit Salz,
Pfeffer und Paprika und geben Sie
2 bis 3 Löffel Öl hinzu. In kleinen
Portionen garen.
NORWEGISCHER STEIN
- 350 g frischen Lachs
- 2 Gläschen Seehasen-Kaviar
- 350 g zart geräucherter Hering
- Gehackte Petersilie
- 350 g Seezunge
- 2 kleine Gläschen Wodka
Den Fisch in dünne Streifen schnei-
den und in einer Salatschüssel mit
dem Kaviar und der gehackten
Petersilie vermischen. Übergießen
Sie das Ganze mit Wodka und lassen
sie es ca. 30 Minuten ziehen. Garen
Sie die Fischstückchen auf dem
Stein. Servieren Sie das Ganze mit
Toastsbrot und frischer Salzbutter.
