CONFIGURING D-VO

Follow the instructions provided below to properly configure D-Vo, in ONLINE mode, that is with an active
connection to a D-Vo unit.
The procedure to create, through D-Vo Dashboard, a D-Vo configuration OFFLINE, that is without any D-Vo unit
connected, is described in Paragraph 7.6.

Start D-Vo Dashboard and establish the connection with the D-Vo unit as described in Paragraph
7.4.

Select a parameter tab in File Explorer to access the parameters you wish to configure in the Setup
area (Paragraph 7.3.4).

Enter the parameters, by filling in the editable fields (observing the indications on minimum value,
maximum value and measuring units) and/or by selecting the options.
NOTE: after entering a value into an editable field, always press the Enter button ( ) to ensure that the typed value
is acquired into the temporary configuration of D-Vo Dashboard.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the parameters you entered, even in multiple tabs, are stored in the interface
throughout the duration of the work session, but are not automatically sent to the D-Vo unit to be
configured.
D-Vo Dashboard displays the edited parameters as shown in the following figure: the edited parameter is
highlighted by a light blue colour in the editable field, in the Setup area, while in the File Explorer light blue circles
are displayed next to the tab containing the edited parameter and to the menu item from which it derives.
The system shall also highlight with a light blue colour the item Upload to D-Vo in the Communication menu and
the relevant shortcut icon.
To ensure that the edited parameter are acquired by the D-Vo unit being configured, you need to apply the Upload
to D-Vo command through one of the two methods mentioned above.
Once the upload is completed, all light blue indicators are removed and the configuration in the D-Vo Dashboard
interface matches the configuration loaded into D-Vo.
