Cut-off Wheels

Unitom is designed for cut-off
wheels of 300 and 350 mm di-
am e ter. For normal use, the 300
mm wheels (with a thick ness of
2 mm) are rec om mend ed. For
large workpieces, the 350 mm
wheels (with a thick ness of 2.5
mm) are used, allowing Unitom
to cut samples up to 120 mm
diameter.

workpieces with 350 mm cut-off

A range of Struers cut-off
wheels is available for cutting
any material.

Cut-off wheels
A range of cut-off wheels for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals has
been specially developed for Struers cut-off machines. Dia mond
cut-off wheels are available for cutting of ceramic and min er a log i cal
materials and sintered carbides.

For ExciCut and direct cutting of
extremely hard steels (HV 350-800)
For ExciCut and direct cutting of
steels (< 500 HV). Extremely hard
(white cast iron) or ductile
(18/8 or St60) steel types are cut
with ExciCut.
