Automatic Cutting Table for Unitom-5
Instruction Manual
Place the four screws used for the left-hand side cutting table
loosely in the automatic cutting table.
Align the edge of the automatic cutting table to be parallel to
the fixed cutting table within ±0.1 mm.
Move the automatic cutting table using the controls on the
Unitom-5 front panel, for free access to the screws in the
automatic cutting table.
Fasten the screws and check that the alignment is still within
the limits.
Mount cover plugs in any unused threads in the bottom.
Mount the back stop at a distance of 190 mm from the front of
the cutting table, at a right angle to the T-slot.
Mount the quick clamping device at a distance of 25 mm in
front of the back stop.
Unitom-5 automatically detects the presence of the automatic
cutting table when the plug is connected to Unitom-5. The
parameters for the automatic cutting table are integrated in the
display on Unitom-5. The software settings for Unitom-5 will also
be valid for the automatic cutting table.
The display shows various kinds of information, for example
parameters for an ongoing process. During the cutting process,
the screen may look like this:
