o) Time format
The time can be displayed in 24 or 12 hours format in the display.

With the 12-hours format, apart from the time, an "AM" for the first half of the day, and a "PM" for the
second half of the day is shown.
Change the settings with the keys " " or " " and confirm them with the "ENTER" button.
p) Alarm
Here you can set the alarm time. When the preset time is reached, an alarm signal is emitted and the alarm symbol
flashes in the display.
Stop the alarm signal by pressing any button on the weather station or the IR remote control.
With the keys " " or " " you can select the hours and minutes and if the alarm function is turned on or off...
Change the value marked in colours in the display using the keys " " or " ". Confirm the setting with the "ENTER"
button.
q) Signal reception of sensor
This menu is used to search for an outdoor sensor.
Select the desired function with the arrow keys " " or " " and confirm it with the "ENTER" button.
• The setting "Automatic" is the initial setting for the normal function.
• With the second setting option a manual search for available outdoor sensors can be performed e.g. if the outdoor
sensor cannot be found after a battery replacement. If you confirm this setting, the weather station activates the
weater station mode and the reception symbol "
weather station performs a search for the available outdoor sensors.

The outdoor sensor transmits the measuring data for temperature and air humidity approx. every 25
seconds.
You can also activate the transmission of the measured data manually by pressing the "TX" key (18)
if you have opened the battery compartment of the outdoor sensor (also directly after insertion of the
batteries, a data package with the measured values will be sent).
The range of the outdoor sensor's sending signal is up to 30 m with direct intervisibility and without
perturbations. This range is considerably reduced by the proximity to electrical devices, metal parts,
cables and also walls, trees, metallised insulating glass windows and so on.
If the weather station does not find the outside sensor, you should place the outdoor sensor near the
weather station for test purposes (keep minimum distance of 0.5 m).
After these 4 minutes the symbol stops blinking; the reception attempt is automatically stopped. Now a measuring
value for temperature and air humidity of the outdoor sensor should appear in the display.
