Kugel 8.4 in Kugelkopf 8.3 eindrücken und Kugelkopf
auf die Gewindestange 8.1 aufdrehen, Maß beachten!
HINWEIS
Bei Verwendung anderer als der vorgesehenen RC-
Komponenten sind Maßdifferenzen entsprechend
auszugleichen!

Servo 8.5 mit Gummitüllen und Buchsen versehen
8b Servoscheibe durch den beschnittenen Kreuzhebel 8.6

Installing the trailer strut servo (parts 8.1 - 8.10)

Fit the hexagon nut 8.2 on thetreaded rod 8.1.
Screw the rod into the collet 3.5, set the collet central
on the threaded rod 3.8, and tighten it against the
hexagon nut 8.2. Secure these parts with thread-lock
fluid.

Drill out the ball-link 8.3 using a 2.5 mm Ø drill. Press
the ball 8.4 into theball- link 8.3 and screw the ball-link
onto the threaded rod 8.1, keeping to the stated
dimensions.
NOTE
If you are using RC system units other than those recom-
mended you may have to make allowance for minor diffe-
rences in component sizes.

Press the rubber grommets and spacer sleeves into
the servo 8.5.
8b Cut down the cruciform output lever 8.6 as shown,
remove the servo output disc and fit the trimmed lever
8.6 in its place.

Install the servo in the ladder frame 1.1 and the servo
mount 6.4 using the self-tapping screws 8.7 and 8.8
and the spacer sleeves 8.9.

Connect the servo 8.5.
8d Extend the trailer struts completely(lugs 3.4 vertically
in line).

Move the servo to its end-point (output arm facing
back), and attach the assembly 8.3 - 8.4 to the output
arm 8.6 using a further self-tapping screw 8.7

Mise en place du servo des étais de remorque
(n° 8.1 à 8.10)
8a
Munir la tige filetée 8.1 d'un écrou six pans 8.2 et
l'engager dans la bague d'arrêt 3.5 (au milieu de
la tige filetée 3.8) et fixer avec un écrou six pans 8.2,
freiner les filets avec un produit adéquat.

Mettre la biellette 8.4 en place et monter la rotule 8.3
sur la tige filetée 8.1.
Tenir compte de la cote mentionnée.
À NOTER
Si vous utilisez d'autres éléments de réception que ceux qui
sont indiqués, rectifiez de vous-même les nuances de cote.

Munir le servo 8.5 des silentblocs et des manchons.
8b Remplacer le palonnier circulaire par le palonnier en
croix 8.6 coupé comme indiqué.
8c
Fixer le servo avec les vis autotaraudeuses 8.7 et 8.8
et les manchons-entretoises 8.9 au châssis 1.1 et au
support-servo 6.4.

Raccorder le servo 8.5 au super kit d'éclairage
remorque (selon les indications de la notice du kit
d'éclairage).
8d Sortir complètement les étais de remorque (les
languettes 3.4 se trouvent tous sur une ligne verticale).

Amener le servo en fin de course (le palonnier est
orienté vers l´arrière) et fixer l´unité 8.3 - 8.4 avec
d´autres vis autotaraudeuses 8.7 au palonnier 8.6
