Operations
•
Then activate the Lever until the tools move to the
upper side of the wheel.
The machine stops automatically (and beeps).

Lift the tire manually to create a space next to the
tool that it can enter (Fig.5.2-11).
•
Activate the Lever again to insert the tool and the
disk between the tire and the rim (Fig.5.2-12).
The machine stops automatically (and beeps).
The operator must be able to:
•
Operate rotation using the Pedal Command in order
to move the Pressure Sensor, if included, to a suitable
position in relation to the tool.
•
Use one of the bead pushing aids supplied:
- Manual Clamp
- MH (Pneumatically-controlled Bead Pusher)
- Bead Pusher Inserts
Or a combination of the above (Fig.5.2-13).
•
Complete the bead insertion procedure by
continuing rotation, making sure that the tool does
not collide with the bead pushing aids.
WARNING:
STOP ROTATION AT THE RIGHT MOMENT TO
AVOID THE BEADPUSHER AIDS COLLIDING WITH
THE TOOL.
Having completed mounting, to facilitate the removal of
the mounting aids:
•
Rotate the wheel in the opposite direction, until it
reaches the bead breaking disk (Fig.5.2-14), as in
this position it is easier to remove.
•
Activate the Lever again until the tools and disks
have left the work area and returned to the idle
position.
Note: During the tools "Homing" phase, the pedal
rotation command is enabled to speed up the
operating flow.
•
Turn the wheel contemporaneously as the tools
movement, until the valve is close by for the subsequent
bead insertion operation.
When the tools reach the rest position, the machine
stops automatically (and beeps) and the "MANUAL
MODE" message appears again on the Display.
