Trouble shooting
Bead breaker cylinder lacks power during bead
breaking.
1. Low air pressure.
• Check air pressure of feed.
2. Cylinder seals worn.
3. Faulty valve
• Check
oil level and make sure lubricator is working
properly as described in Maintenance chapter
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
Machine damages alloy rims.
1. Plastic tool guard worn.
• Replace the plastic tool guard.
2. Tool is at wrong distance from rim.
• Call the authorized assistance
Irregular movement of bead pusher arm.
Wheel lifter jammed.
1. Low air pressure.
• Check air line pressure.
2. Control cylinder defective.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
3. Control valve defective.
• Check oil level in the lubrication device and that latter
is working properly as described in the Maintenance
chapter.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
The Front Lifter does not move up.
1. The diameter of the wheel is not large enough to
activate the upstroke movement enable sensor.
• Place the wheel on the Wheel Holder Flange
manually.
2. The wheel diameter reading sensor is faulty.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
