2 COMMISSIONING AND STANDARD USE

2.1 Switching the installation on

1. The indicator flashes (twice).
The motor is switched on and awaiting
auto-programming.

2.2 Gate travel auto-programming

Prerequisite - before starting auto-programming, check that:
• The installation is switched on:
the indicator light
WARNING
Once installation is complete, it is essential to check that the obstacle detection complies with
appendix A of the standard EN 12 453.
IMPORTANT
If the gate is open once auto-programming is complete:
1. Clear the settings (see page 32).
2. Switch the motor off.
3. switch the wires connected to terminals 10 and 11 (green M1 label) of the control electronics (see
"Motor wiring", page 13).
4. Unlock the motor.
5. Position the gate at its mid-point.
6. Lock the motor.
7. Switch the motor on.
8. Starting the auto-programming process again.

2. If the indicator light
the number of flashes is not as expected: see
diagnostic page 33.
• The gate is at its mid-point.
• The motor is locked.
Press the button on the control electronics.
• The gate opens, closes, opens partially and
closes again.
• The indicator light is lit constantly.
Auto-programming has been successfully
completed and the motor is operational.
If the indicator light flashes (twice), begin
the auto-programming process again.
The gate must be closed once auto-
programming is complete.
If the gate is open, see the IMPORTANT box
below.
