1. Aufstellung
Die Pumpe muß waagrecht auf ebener Fläche
aufgestellt bzw. montiert werden.
Eine spezielle Befestigung ist nicht notwendig.
Durch die Innengewinde an den Schwingmetall-
puffern kann die Pumpe angeschraubt werden.
Folgende Umgebungsbedingungen müssen ge-
geben sein:
Umgebungstemperatur: 12 - 30° C
Umgebungsdruck = Atmosphäre
Um ein Überhitzen der Pumpe zu vermeiden, ist
stets auf genügend Frischluftzufuhr zu achten.
2. Sauganschluß
Der Anschluß an den Saugflansch (Fig. 2.1.2) kann
über einen vakuumdichten, flexiblen Schlauch
oder durch Rohrleitungen erfolgen.
Dabei ist darauf zu achten, daß durch die Befe-
stigung der Rohrleitung keine Spannungen auf
die Pumpe übertragen werden. Gegebenenfalls
müssen Kompensatoren verwendet werden.
Verengungen in den Anschlußleitungen sind zu
vermeiden, da sonst die Saugleistung vermin-
dert wird. Die Nennweite der Anschlußleitungen
muß mindestens dem Querschnitt des Saugan-
schlusses der Pumpe entsprechen.
1. Setting-up
The pump must be set up or mounted horizontally
on a flat surface.
Special mounting is not required, as the pump
can be mounted with screws through the threads
of the rubber feet of the pump.
The following ambient operating environment
must be observed:
Ambient temperature:
Ambient pressure = Atmosphere
In order to avoid overheating of the pump, an
undisturbed fresh-air flow to the pump is neces-
sary.
2. Inlet connection
The inlet flange (fig. 2.1.2) can be connected with
a vacuum-tight flexible hose or pipe.
The pipes should cause no tension on the pump's
flanges. If necessary, compensators must be in-
stalled.
Restriction of the pipes must be avoided in order
not to decrease the displacement of the pump.
The nominal diameter of the pipes has to be at
least the same as the diameter of the vacuum
pump's inlet flange.
1. Préparation
La pompe doit être placée ou fixée sur une sur-
face plane horizontale.
Un montage spécial n'est pas nécessaire. Un
taraudage est prévu sous chaque support éla-
stique pour une fixation éventuelle.
La pompe doit fonctionner dans l'environnement
suivant:
12 to 30° C
Température ambiante:
Pression ambiante = pression atmosphérique
Pour éviter un échauffement anormal de la pompe,
il faut prévoir une ventilation suffisante.
2. Raccordement
La bride d'aspiration (fig. 2.1.2) doit être raccor-
dée par une tuyauterie souple ou rigide étanche
au vide.
Cette tuyauterie ne doit exercer aucune con-
trainte sur la bride d'aspiration; si nécessaire, il
faut installer des compensateurs.
Il faut éviter les restrictions de tuyauteries qui
diminuent les performances de la pompe. Le dia-
mètre nominal doit être au moins égal au diamè-
tre de la chambre d'aspiration de la pompe à vide.
