3.3 PREDISPOSIZIONE DELLA TRAVERSA
• Riferendosi alle (fi g. 5A-5B-5C), predisporre la ruo ta di rin vio cinghia sollevamento telo in funzione della ti po lo gia di mon tag gio
del telo scelta, tenendo conto che la predisposizione standard è quella di (fi g. 5A).
• Nel caso la ruota di rinvio cinghia non dovesse es se re mantenuta nel la po si zio ne tipo "5A", ri muo ve re la stes sa svi tan do
il bullone M8, e rimettere la ruo ta di rin vio cin ghia nella posizione desiderata. Dopo aver fi s sa to la ruota ve ri fi ca re che
tra sver sal men te ab bia al me no 1 mm di gioco e ruoti li be ra men te.
• L'eventuale spostamento della posizione ruota av vol gi men to cinghia va effettuato per ogni supporto.
3.4 Mon tag gio del la tra ver sa
• Rimuovere i bulloni M8 che sono premontati alle estre mi tà della traversa.
• Sollevare con cura la traversa mediante carrello ele va to re o altro mezzo di sollevamento, facendo at ten zio ne a non rovinare
la stessa e assicurandosi che non possa cadere durante la fase di sollevamento.
• Appoggiare la traversa sui montanti verticali; rein se ri re i bul lo ni di fi ssaggio e serrarli. (fi g. 6)
• In caso di porte con VPL > 4000 si consiglia di fi s sa re centralmente la traversa (per evitare una fl essione antiestetica della
carpenteria).
3.5 Montaggio del telo
• Inserire il telo all'interno dei due montanti verticali e sol le var lo me dian te car rel lo elevatore, verifi cando il cor ret to po si zio na men to
degli anelli passacinghia,( fi g. 7). (Pro teg ge re la zona di contatto tra telo e carrello per evitare di danneggiarlo)
• Le cinghie di sollevamento telo generalmente vanno posizionate verso il lato esteticamente meno im por tan te.
• Fissare mediante i bulloni M8 in dotazione il ma ni cot to attacco telo alla traversa (fi g. 8), considerando la ti po lo gia di montaggio
scelta. (fi g. 5A-5B-5C)
• Far scendere delicatamente il telo sino al completo svolgimento.

3.3 PREPARATION OF THE CROSSPIECE
• Referring to (fi g. 5A-5B-5C), prepare the belt extension wheel for the panel lifting according to the type of assembly foreseen
and taking into account that the standard predisposition is that of (fi g. 5A).
• Should the belt extension wheel not be in position "5A", remove the wheel by loosening the M8 bolt and correctly position it.
After fi xing the wheel, check that a backlash of at least 1mm is present and the wheel turns smoothly.
• Should the position of the belt extension wheel be changed, all supports should be changed accordingly.
3.4 Installation of the crosspiece
• Unscrew the M8 bolts which are pre-assembled at the crosspiece ends.
• Carefully hoist the crosspiece with a lift truck or other hoisting means, making sure not to damage the crosspiece or let it
drop during hoisting.
• Lean the crosspiece on the uprights. Insert the fi xing bolts and tighten them. (fi g. 6)
• In case of orizontal free-passage > 4000 is suggested to fi x the crosspiece at middle (to avoid an antiaestetic fl exion of the
frame).
3.5 Installation of the panel
• Insert the curtain in the two uprights and lift it by means of the lift truck. Check that the special belt rings are correctly positioned,

• The lifting belts of the panel should be generally positioned at the least visible end.
• Fit the panel fi xing sleeve to the crosspiece (fi g. 8) by tightening the M8 bolts supplied, according to the type of assembly
selected. (fi g. 5A-5B-5C)
• Roll the panel down very carefully until it is totally unrolled.

3.3 MISE EN PLACE DE L'ENTRETOISE
• En se référant aux (fi g. 5A-5B-5C), placer la roue de renvoi de la courroie de soulèvement du panneau en fonction de la
typologie de montage du panneau choisi, en tenant compte que la mise en place standard est celle indiquée à la (fi g. 5A).
• Au cas où la roue de renvoi de la courroie ne serait pas maintenue dans la position dont à la (fi g. 5A), retirez-la en desserrant
le boulon M8 et replacez la roue de renvoi de la courroie dans la position désirée. Après avoir mis en place la roue, assurez-
vous que son jeu transversal est dau moins 1 mm et quelle tourne librement.
• Le déplacement éventuel de la position de la roue d'enroulement de la courroie doit être effectué pour chaque support.
3.4 Installation de la traverse
• Retirer les boulons M8 prémontés aux extrémités de l'entretoise.
• Soulever avec soin l'entretoise à l'aide du chariot élévateur ou dun autre moyen de levage, en faisant attention à ne pas
l'abîmer et en sassurant quelle ne tombera pas durant son soulèvement.
• Appuyer l'entretoise sur les montants verticaux; introduire de nouveau les boulons de fi xation et les serrer (fi g. 6).
• En cas de portes avec passage libre > 4000 on conseille de fi xer centralement la traversepour èviter une fl exion antiasthétique
de la structure
3.5 Montage du panneau
• Les courroies de soulèvement du panneau doivent généralement être placées du côté esthétiquement le moins important.
• Introduire le panneau à l'intérieur des deux montants verticaux et le soulever au moyen du chariot élévateur, en vous assurant
que les bagues de passage de la courroie, (fi g. 7), sont correctement mises en place. (Protéger la zone de contact entre le
panneau et le chariot pour éviter de l'endommager).
• A l'aide des boulons M8 fournis, fi xer le manchon d'ancrage du panneau à l'entretoise (fi g. 8), en considérant la typologie de
montage choisie (fi g. 5A-5B-5C).
• Faire descendre délicatement le panneau jusquà ce qu'il se déroule complètement.
