Trouble shooting
The chuck does not hold the wheel firmly.
1)
The teeth of the chuck jaws are full of dirt or worn
out.
• Clean the teeth of the chuck jaws with a wire brush.
2)
The protectors for light-alloy wheels are damaged or
worn out.
• Replace the protectors for alloy wheels.
3)
The check valve or manifold of the chuck cylinder
leak oil.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
Speed reduction of the hydraulic mouvements.
1)
Hydraulic oil level low
• Add oil
2)
Hydraulic circuit partly clogged
• Call the authorized service center.
3)
Hydraulic pump damaged
• Call the authorized service center.
