To restore operating conditions
• Turn the emergency button knob anti-clockwise
• Activate the start button, located on the electrical
control unit.

Activate the tool rotation control. Move the control lever
(#15 Fig.4-1) to position A: the tool turns to the right.
Move the control lever (#15 Fig. 4-1) to position B: the
tool turns to the left.
Keep the control activated until rotation is complete.

Use the switch (#16 Fig. 4-1) to change the turntable
speed of rotation, from slow to fast and vice versa.
13.
Use the lever (#19 fig.4.1-3) to align the tool to the
wheel, selecting the optimal work position according
to the wheel diameter. To adjust first lift the toolholder
arm to the rest position, then operate the lever 19.
DO NOT USE THE ADJUSTMENT LEVER WHEN THE
MACHINE IS MOVING. MOVING PARTS CAN CRUSH.

The control (#17 Fig. 4-1) changes the tool holder
carriage stroke in the tool repositioning automated
device (Side-to-Side).
The display shows the distance selected in mm and
inches.
15.
Relative to the tool repositioning automated device,
the button (#18 Fig. 4-1) controls tool movements:
Press the left arrow to move the tool from the outside
to the inside and activate tool rotation.
Press the right arrow to move the tool from the inside
to the outside and activate tool rotation.
The button is non-release: any movement is stopped
immediately as soon as it is released.
NOTE
The WL version is fitted with an automatic switch off device.
The device is triggered after a pre-set time of 5 minutes
after the last operation on the toolholder carriage
translation control or the toolholder arm. After the
intervention of this energy-saving device, the machine can
be restarted with the normal start procedure.
