Wireless control pedals
Only for WL model
The machine models fitted with wireless controls,
allow the operator greater and faster mobility during
the work phases. Despite the long range of the
wireless device, we recommend using the wireless
control pedals only close to the machine.
BEFORE OPERATING A CONTROL ENSURE THAT
YOU HAVE A CLEAR VIEW OF THE WORK AREA.
STAND CLOSE TO THE MACHINE WHEN
OPERATING IT. NEVER OPERATE THE CONTROLS
MORE THAN 5 METRES AWAY FROM THE
MACHINE.
The wireless control pedal unit is powered by a
removable battery, which must be recharged using the
charger supplied.
The battery must be charged before using the
machine (#1 Fig. 4.1.1-1).
To charge the battery:
Connect the charger to the mains using the
cable (#2 Fig. 4.1.1-1).
Insert the battery securely on the charger.
The light on the charger turns from red to green when
the battery is fully charged.
·
Insert the charged battery in the appropriate
seat on the back of the pedal unit, as illustrated in
Fig. 4.1.1-2.
If fully charged and in good condition the battery
guarantees operation for two working days.
Note:
After a period of intense use, remember to
charge the battery, for example at night, so
that it can be removed from the charger at the
start of the next operating cycle.
ONCE THE BATTERY HAS BEEN CHARGED,
DISCONNECT THE CHARGER FROM THE MAINS.
DO NOT LEAVE THE FLAT BATTERY IN ITS SEAT
IN THE PEDAL UNIT.
IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THE
BATTERY FOR A LENGTHY PERIOD, CHARGE IT
THEN STORE IT IN A DRY PLACE PROTECTED
FROM DUST.
IDENTIFICATION:
If two or more WL model machines are installed in the
same work area, use the coloured labels
(#EAL0395G82A) to visually identify each machine.
Every machine is supplied with 4 pairs of different
coloured labels:
